I toured some units at Lakeside Tower this week and that view does not get old! Almost every room I walked into had a lake view. Even the units that aren’t facing the water head on, the balconies are angled just right so you still get a real lake view. It’s a thoughtful design, for sure. Throw in Wolf appliances, private elevators, and concierge service, and it feels like being on vacation every day.

It’s lock-and-leave executive living at its best.

Happy mail is on its way! 💌 Because who doesn’t love to find a little surprise in their mailbox every now and then?

I love a good surprise-and-delight moment, and sending or dropping off little treats to my clients is something I love to do. It doesn’t matter if you bought a house from me five years ago. If you’re still living in the metroplex, you’re still on my list for a mailbox or porch surprise.

Some are colorful and bold, some share the history of the area, some are a little quirky, and all of them add so much personality to the area.

It’s fun to see how much art has become part of the Old Town vibe.

There’s a lot more to Lewisville than meets the eye. It’s a little quirky, a little underrated, and full of those local things you don’t really appreciate until you’ve lived here for a while.

From Old Town to the lake, established neighborhoods to newer pockets, Lewisville has a personality all its own. It’s convenient, close to just about everything, and has a few hidden gems that locals are more than happy to claim as their own.

And that’s part of what makes it so fun to call home.

I had the best day filming my next ADTV segment in Lakeside, one of my absolute favorite spots in Flower Mound. There’s just something about this place. Walkable streets, gorgeous lake views, great food, and so much activity.

Getting to sit down with Laura Black at CLINK Wine Bar + Bites was a highlight. Beyond the amazing drinks and bites (and they are amazing!) Laura has this genuine desire to help others rise up that just drew me in. She’s the best kind of business owner.
