This includes active and sold market comparables for the area, a roadmap of the selling process, pricing information and guidelines, and a marketing plan. We’ll discuss your needs and goals, I’ll take a tour of your home and offer staging suggestions, and together we’ll decide on the timing and price point.
As you’ll see from my marketing plan, I’m committed to marketing your home in a variety of traditional and non-traditional ways, including open houses, flyers, and social media. My goal is to ensure your house is viewed by as many people as possible in order to find the perfect buyer.
Once an offer has been made on the home, I’ll assist with negotiations on the initial contract, repair negotiations during the option period, and I’ll communicate regularly with you and the buyer’s agent to achieve a smooth closing for everyone.
