Most people who know Flower Mound know Bridlewood, Wellington, Lakeside. Those neighborhoods get a lot of attention.

But there are so many other communities here that fly under the radar. I’ll start with five.

🏠 The Forums: tucked away and quiet, backing right up to a pond and the Riverwalk district

🏠 Baker’s Branch: central, larger lots, right next to walking trails (and homes here rarely turn over)

🏠 Glenwick Estates: right next to Bridlewood, an older established neighborhood with mature trees and a traditional feel

🏠 Churchill Crossing: walking distance to Flower Mound High School, built around a central green space with a creek running through it

🏠 Chaucer Estates: walking distance to Marcus High School, with streets named after authors and poets
