Moving to Copper Canyon, Texas

Copper Canyon is a small town in southern Denton County, tucked between Highland Village, Double Oak, Lantana, and Lake Lewisville. Residents voted to incorporate in 1973 specifically to protect the area’s rural character, and that still shapes the town today. This area has many lots of one or two acres, so you’ll find custom homes, mature trees, pastures, and horse barns instead of tract neighborhoods. There is new construction as well though, and those houses are typically on smaller lots. Shopping and dining are just minutes away in Highland Village and along FM 407.
