My amazing first time homebuyers closed on this great older home yesterday! 🎉

They knew from the beginning what they wanted: an older house with character, wood details, and a feel that newer homes just don’t always have. We looked at quite a few along the way, some with a lot of potential and some that needed a little more optimism than we had. 😅

They ended with a really special house, and I’m so happy with how the negotiations came together. We were able to get a significant amount off the list price, plus negotiate a cast-iron pipe replacement and a major AC repair. With older homes, there’s always some level of unknown, so it felt good to help reduce some of that upfront.

This house has so much personality, and I can’t wait to see this neat family add their own personal touches!

And then you step into the backyard, which might be the biggest surprise of all. It opens up into a completely private oasis with a pool, a large covered deck, a fire pit area, and enough room to play a little pickleball on the driveway.
