This sale came with circumstances that made the journey a heavier one. Real estate is often like that. Once we hit the market, we had plenty of showings, went under contract, and then the buyers terminated. Not an ideal situation when you’re really wanting to get things tied up for your client. But sometimes a setback is actually a redirection. The second contract was far stronger than the first, and everything moved smoothly all the way to the closing table.
