If you’re moving to DFW, just know … bluebonnet photos are basically a right of passage.

Every spring, you’ll find yourself pulling over on the side of the road like, “this looks like a good spot”, and suddenly it’s a whole situation.

Kids squinting into the sun. ☀️
Complaining that it’s itchy. 🌱
Swatting at bugs. 🐜
You doing a quick mental scan for anything that slithers. 😅🐍

There’s usually at least one kid not in the mood, one kid wandering off, and zero chance everyone’s looking at the camera at the same time.

Sometimes you plan it out with cute outfits. Sometimes it’s completely unplanned and you just roll with whatever they’ve got on.

Either way, you get the picture (eventually).

And somehow, these end up being the photos you keep forever.
