Paint stores gave us a wall of whites and said “go Paint stores gave us a wall of whites and said “good luck”.

But don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. These four whites are the ones I recommend. Two lean cool, two lean warm, so it depends on the light in your space and what feel you’re going for. I always recommend painting a little swatch on the wall and looking at it at different times of the day. If you don’t want to commit that heavily, paint large squares of butcher paper and tape them up.

Cool Whites
⚪️ Sherwin Williams Pure White
⚪️ Sherwin Williams Chantilly Lace

Warm Whites
⚪️ Sherwin Williams Alabaster
⚪️ Benjamin Moore White Dove

If you’re not using Sherwin Williams or Benjamin Moore, don’t stress. Behr and most other brands make their own version of these shades, and a lot of them will even have a little “comparable to” note right on the swatch so you can match it.

Save this one for the next time you’re staring at paint chips wondering why this is so hard.
An evening walk is one of my favorite things. Fres An evening walk is one of my favorite things. Fresh air, fading light, and a bit of nature are so good for the soul.

And Flower Mound has so many great trails. Over 66 miles of paved trails and 34 miles of unpaved trails. It’s hard to pick a favorite but if I had to, I’d pick either Heritage Park or one of the lake trails.

Do you have a favorite Flower Mound trail?

Not everyone’s ready to downsize, but when you start saying things like this regularly, it’s probably worth paying attention to.

It’s not about having less space. It’s about having more freedom. Freedom to use your whole house, freedom to leave for the weekend without a mental checklist, freedom to spend more time with the grandkids.

If you’ve been wondering about downsizing, DM or email me (randi@repeatre.com). I’d love to have a conversation and send you my guide … it’ll help you figure out how to get started.

I really do love staying in touch with people long after we’ve closed, and I like finding little ways to remind my clients that I’m still thinking about them and appreciate them.

And who doesn’t love a porch surprise? 🤷🏼‍♀️
