You’re not alone … I’ve had quite a few clients reach out to see what I think. Here are my thoughts … I’d love to hear what you think! 🏡 Home sales will increase a bit over 2025 as buyer confidence increases. We won’t see the bustling market of 2021 but we should see more activity. 💥 The housing market won’t crash. Why not? Because nearly 40% of homes are owned outright and over half of the remaining mortgages have interest rates of 4% or less. ♟️ Marketing strategy will remain important. Don’t hire an agent who pops your house on MLS and hopes for the best. Pricing properly, promoting creatively, and presenting the house in the best light will remain essential. 📈Interest rates will likely drop a bit and hold steady but there won’t be anything dramatic. 🔨 Builders will stay active, especially in prime areas, and we’ll continue to see buyer incentives and rate buydowns. So what does that mean for you? The market matters, but your life matters more. There’s no one-size-fits-all, your goals are personal, and the right time looks different for everyone.
