I picked up trail walking this year, and it’s been

I picked up trail walking this year, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. 🌿 I’ve had so much fun exploring the trails around our area, and Flower Mound keeps giving me new favorites.

One of the things that makes this town so special is how easy it is to get outside. There are more than 100 miles of trails to explore, including over 34 miles of natural hike and bike trails along the north shore of Grapevine Lake, plus miles of paved multi-use trails that connect neighborhoods, parks, schools, and local businesses. There’s even a few miles of equestrian trails!

The lakeside trails are my favorite! They’re shaded by big trees, the views of the lake are beautiful, and it’s hard to believe you’re just minutes from everything. (The natural inclines and rocky “steps” also give you a great workout!)

If you’re moving to DFW and want a community that makes it easy to get outside, Flower Mound should definitely be on your list.

If I had to pick my favorite place to watch the sunset in Flower Mound, this would be it.

Sunset Point at Lakeside is such an easy place to spend an evening. It’s a big wooden deck right on the shores of Grapevine Lake with plenty of seating, so you can bring a date, meet up with friends, or just hang out with the family.

My recommendation? Grab a scoop from Epic Gelato, find a seat, and let nature do the rest. The sunsets here are seriously so good.

This market isn’t always easy for sellers but prep

This market isn’t always easy for sellers but preparation still makes all the difference.

These sellers started planning well before we ever listed their home. We met to come up with a plan, photographed the pool at the perfect time of year, then they knocked out repairs, added fresh paint, followed every recommendation from my stager, and priced the home where buyers would see the value.

The result? Plenty of showings, great feedback, and lots of buyers seriously considering an offer. In a market where buyers have more options than they’ve had in years, that was the outcome we were looking for.

And now? It’s officially sold, closed, and my clients are off to their next adventure.
