I love every updated detail in this house. But tha I love every updated detail in this house. But that backyard? A dream. 😍

There’s a stunning pool, lots of space to hang out and entertain, and an ADU. It could be a guest house, a pool house, a little home office, or even a short term rental.

Want to spend your summer here? Let’s set up a tour!

My amazing first time homebuyers closed on this gr My amazing first time homebuyers closed on this great older home yesterday! 🎉

They knew from the beginning what they wanted: an older house with character, wood details, and a feel that newer homes just don’t always have. We looked at quite a few along the way, some with a lot of potential and some that needed a little more optimism than we had. 😅

They ended with a really special house, and I’m so happy with how the negotiations came together. We were able to get a significant amount off the list price, plus negotiate a cast-iron pipe replacement and a major AC repair. With older homes, there’s always some level of unknown, so it felt good to help reduce some of that upfront.

This house has so much personality, and I can’t wait to see this neat family add their own personal touches!
This home has a warmth to it that newer homes can’ This home has a warmth to it that newer homes can’t quite replicate. It’s full of charm, character, and comfortable spaces.

And then you step into the backyard, which might be the biggest surprise of all. It opens up into a completely private oasis with a pool, a large covered deck, a fire pit area, and enough room to play a little pickleball on the driveway.

If summer had an address, this would be it. ☀️

This Denton home is the kind of property that make This Denton home is the kind of property that makes architecture lovers stop scrolling. 🛑

Designed by Mount-Miller, one of Denton’s most iconic architecture firms, this mid-century modern sits on .689 acres and feels both timeless and completely livable.

Built in the 1950s, the home still carries so much of the design character that makes true mid-century modern architecture so timeless, but with updates that make everyday living easy.

The white oak floors, soapstone counters, Viking commercial gas range, and subtly integrated dry bar all fit the home so naturally that nothing feels overdone. Even the two fireplaces somehow make the space feel both architectural and inviting at the same time.

This is one of those rare homes that feels special the second you walk in.

This house might technically belong to the humans This house might technically belong to the humans but the dog is definitely going to think it’s theirs. 🐶

A doggy door for easy backyard adventures, little doggy windows in the fence so they can supervise the neighborhood and watch their furry friends stroll by, and a big yard made for zoomies, fetch, and wearing themselves out before bedtime.

The tall privacy fence keeps them safely tucked in while still giving them plenty of room to roam.

And if they ever need an extra-big adventure, Lewisville’s dog park is just a quick car ride away. 🐾
