Moving to Denton, Texas
Denton is in Denton County, sitting right where I-35 splits into I-35E toward Dallas and I-35W toward Fort Worth. The town was laid out in 1857 around a central square, incorporated in 1866, and named for pioneer John B. Denton. That square, with its 1896 courthouse, is still the heart of the city, and the University of North Texas and Texas Woman’s University give Denton its strong arts and music scene. Housing ranges from historic homes near downtown to established neighborhoods and newer construction on the edges of town.
Denton Real Estate Agent
Thinking about moving to Denton or curious what’s currently on the market? I’d love to help. I live just down the road in Flower Mound, about 20-30 minutes from Denton, so I know this stretch of the DFW metroplex firsthand. Denton offers a wide mix of homes, from older houses near the square to brand new construction. I bring real, local market experience to every client I work with. To set up a conversation, you can book a phone consultation, reach out through my contact form, or call, text, or email.
Randi Dukes is the perfect realtor. She was able to help us navigate this extremely crazy market and get our house sold for well over asking while also helping us to get a fantastic deal on our dream home! Randi is always quick to respond to questions. I don’t know that through the months we worked together I ever waited more than an hour for a response and most responses came within 10 minutes. But the best thing about Randi is that she is a very real and down to earth person. She is a calming influence in high stress situations. I have already recommended Randi to multiple friends (one of whom she also already found a house for and sold their house). I cannot recommend her highly enough.
