I’ll help you establish the price point for your desired property, run comparables on rental properties if you’re looking for an investment, and begin the search. You’ll be able to look for houses through the MLS auto email search I set up based on your criteria while I look for outliers and off-market listings.
Once you find properties that interest you, I’ll set up showings. I’ll share any documents (seller’s disclosure, survey, warranties) that give you additional information about the house.
Randi was my go-to resource when looking for an investment property. She set up a MLS report which provided me with listings for properties that met my specific criteria. Randi set up appointments for me to view properties that I desired to see in a timely manner. When I made a decision to make an offer Randi discussed each contractual detail with me to ensure we were of the same understanding.
