Yesterday was a special closing - the culmination Yesterday was a special closing - the culmination of a long journey together. We’ve worked side-by-side for about four years, searching for the house that really checked all the boxes. ✅ We laughed yesterday about how many homes I talked her out of along the way. But waiting was worth it. The right one came along last fall. Once they were settled, we put this home on the market. In a tricky market, preparation makes all the difference - and this seller did all the right things. She painted the main living areas, brightening and modernizing the space beautifully, and trusted the staging process so we could present the home in its best light. The result? Lots of showings, 45 days on the market (including Christmas, New Year’s, and a snowstorm), and a strong offer. We had a few bumps during the option period, but we brought in trusted professionals, got solid evaluations, and thankfully received good news across the board. There were some tears after closing as this chapter came to an end, but I’m excited to watch this sweet family step into what’s next. This milestone means a lot to me. Being named a To This milestone means a lot to me. Being named a Top 750 Real Producer in my segment of DFW market, out of approximately 15,000 agents, is something I don’t take lightly. This recognition is based on MLS production and reflects a goal I work toward intentionally each year. A few years ago, I attended the Real Producers reception as a guest and made a quiet promise to myself that I’d earn my own place there. I’ve now done that for the past two years, and that feels especially meaningful. I believe in improving year upon year – sharpening my skills, showing up better for my clients, and raising the bar for myself. I’ve set even bigger goals for this year and I’m excited about what’s ahead. None of this would be possible without the incredible clients and referral partners who trust me and support my business! I’m proud of the work, but even more proud of the relationships, and I’m excited to build on that in 2026.
