I toured this gorgeous Grand Homes model this morning and I’m smitten! 😍 Bright features with navy moody cabinets and gold brushed hardware, beautiful lighting, a stunning pool, patterned tile that adds such a fun element, and so many other unique elements throughout.

This development is in Corinth and it’s going to be beautiful! The area has a lot of variety in styles, prices, and lot sizes and it’s definitely an area to consider if you’re looking for a new build in the metroplex.

I always say closing day is the best day but double closing day is even better! I closed on an investor’s special and on a beautiful Carrollton home for a lovely client who recently relocated to the area to be closer to family. We found a house that’s just perfect for her and had such a smooth path to closing. It makes a huge difference when you have kind sellers and a great agent on the other side of a deal!

This closing was really special because I’ve known this sweet girl since she was about five or six. 🥰 I watched her grow up, get married to an amazing guy, have the cutest baby 🍼, and now buy their first house! This house went under contract after the first showing❗️and it’s been relatively smooth sailing through the whole process. We accepted an offer over list price but my seller graciously agreed to a concession to help buy down the buyer’s interest rate {something we’re seeing a lot of in this market}. We were able to negotiate a free leaseback to better facilitate my client’s move across the ocean 🌊 along with a few other terms that made this deal a win!
