We’re celebrating an executed contract on this beautiful house! My clients were unable to see this one when it first hit the market and it was under contract in about a day. We went to see it anyway and considered making a back up offer. At the end of the option period, the first buyers got cold feet and backed out. 😳 We swooped in with an offer, waited a few days while other offers rolled in, negotiated the terms last night, and executed the contract! 🎉 This house is stunning and I’m so delighted for my clients!

My clients bought an abandoned, beat down, boarded up house and transformed it into the most gorgeous home.

The house is beautiful but the story here is even better. This home is now @brokenhaloshaven, a grief retreat for widows and their families. 🧡 The idea was birthed out of Natalie’s own experience as a young widow, and it’s sad and beautiful and incredible, all rolled up in one. I feel so blessed to have been able to help with this amazing place!
